You can eat “healthy foods” that aren’t genetically healthy out of any kingdom

Often when foods are touted as health foods only a select few components are assessed

Grain fed cows vs grass finished cows

Genetics of both cows

AA profile, FA profile, postmortem oxidation rates of muscle tissue

Look at food on all 3 levels of nutrients, environment, and genetics

Generally wild foods and less domesticated foods check all 3 boxes
