Immunity in a Glass

Have you been wondering how to rev up your immunity for this fall and winter? I am going to share my favorite drink recipe that will not only build on the immunity you have but provide resilience and adaptability through the rest of the year. Here’s the breakdown of ingredients:

Wild harvested Chaga Mushroom Tea 1 1/2 cups

Grass Fed colostrum 1 Tbsp

Organic maple syrup 1 tsp (to taste)

Organic cream 2 Tbsp

Blend all ingredients thoroughly until mixed, I always make my chaga tea ahead of time and store it in the fridge. To make chaga tea bring 3 liters of water to a rapid boil with approximately 4 Tbsp of chaga powder let boil for about 2 1/2 hours. This ensures the breakdown of the chitin in the chaga mushroom and extracts the medicinal compounds. Chaga can be consumed on its own but if paired with a powerful immune system regulator such as colostrum it makes potent immuno stack of nutrients.
